MeProMaS – Our System for Smooth Production and Material Flow

With the mesa Production and Material Flow System (MeProMaS), we manage all external processing steps efficiently and transparently. The goal is to avoid returns, clearly define supplier quality responsibilities and ensure full traceability. Delivery to you is made directly – including all necessary documentation – either to your consignment warehouse or directly to your production line. This creates a consistently controlled and optimized process that is maximally efficient for all parties involved.
IT Integration & Interfaces – flexible, compliant, customer-specific

Our IT infrastructure enables seamless electronic communication along the supply chain. We process delivery schedules, delivery notes, consignment stock movements, and invoices – including self-billing.
We support VDA formats such as VDA4905, VDA4913, and VDA4906, as well as EDIFACT messages like DELFOR and INVOIC. Internationally, we rely on Global EDIFACT. In addition, we offer EDI-based data exchange and e-invoice processing – digital, fast, and legally compliant.
